HEAD OF MARKETING

Since the initial launch of HUBBA only 4 years ago, we have seen rapid growth in number of new spaces, memberships, and brand awareness. We aim to accelerate this growth through impactful marketing throughout Thailand and the Southeast Asia region. HUBBA is seeking an experienced creative and strategic marketing leader to continue to scale HUBBA’s presence in Thailand and Southeast Asia region through strong integrated marketing.

The Head of Marketing will report to the CMO and will be based in Bangkok. S/he will be responsible for the strategic plans and implementation of marketing programs to drive profitable growth for Thailand and eventually Southeast Asia. S/he will build and develop an in-house marketing team, manage agency partners, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including regional business leadership, PR, media, product, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (7+ years) executing large scale brand marketing,
digital marketing, experiential campaigns, offline marketing, partnerships and sponsorships, and social media-driven marketing in Southeast Asia, with a specific emphasis on the Thailand.
• Creative and analytical thinker with a proven ability to champion world class creative marketing programs that deliver results
• Proven experience influencing leadership in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Willingness to regularly travel, some of which will be international
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly
• The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
• Fluency in Thai and English (written and verbal) required, another Southeast Asian language a benefit
• Appreciation for design and a passion for HUBBA

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and brand strategies that communicate a compelling value proposition for current and prospective users in each key market; collaborate across functions to drive impact and results
• Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer as well as the Media Lead to define core audiences by market and develop a continuous test and learn environment
• Lead the social marketing efforts for the region, including strategic direction, editorial planning, target definition, and community growth and engagement.
• Recruit and develop the regional marketing team; provide exceptional team leadership with a focus on employee engagement, mentoring, development and retention, while also attracting top talent
• Develop and manage agency partners as they scale the marketing function
• Be the relentless advocate for local relevance across each market; ensure all marketing activities feel local and personal; articulate market nuances for other teams who aren’t familiar with the region
• Bring increased knowledge of the region to HQ in order to inform future regional expansion

FP&A Manager

The Strategic Finance (FP&A) team at HUBBA serves the broader organization by:
• Transforming the overall strategic business objectives and mission into an operational P&L, hiring and capital plan for the business
• Serving as a valued business partner throughout the organization, providing objective decision support (financial and non-financial) and general thought leadership, including supporting strategic planning for all functions and outcomes
• Driving reliable, accurate, and insightful business narrative and discussion to understand emerging trends and the impact of our actions, and therefore driving informed recommendations and actions to optimize decision-making.

The Strategic Planning & Analysis Manager will have frequent interaction with the CFO and CEO at HUBBA. The position will be responsible for partnering with all business units, serving as a thought-partner supporting their planning, forecasting and reporting activities, as well as driving business analysis and strategy for maximal impact.

This role will offer the candidate a unique opportunity to impact the direction of HUBBA’s growth initiatives, as the Leadership team has a clear focus on accelerating the growth of our business near term, while also building the long term iconic health of the brand.

Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis for all business units and overall company’s marketing efforts
• Lead demand forecasting and reporting, authoring the overall business narrative on demand trends, challenges and opportunities, and in doing so, drive the marketing function to better outcomes through clear communication of performance and synthesis of results.
• Lead processes on annual and quarterly planning, OKR reporting, QBR co-ordination.
• Deliver analytics projects driving key insights for making critical business decisions across all marketing channels (for example: KPI forecasting and identification of key metrics drivers, and marketing spend allocation & efficacy).
• Help drive strategic planning with business unit heads to support demand generation and overall business growth.
• Be the subject matter expert on consumer traffic and engagement; understand and analyze related market & channel trends and competitive dynamics.
• Provide thought leadership behind improving existing data models and business intelligence efforts supporting all business units

Qualifications
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities; experience in finance with a bias towards quantitative analysis.
• Strategy consulting background or experiences in Large High Tech companies’ Corporate Strategy teams are a big plus.
• Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and presentation, with the ability to unearth insights, communicate them clearly and drive action.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in e-commerce marketing; in particular, in-depth understanding of online and offline customer acquisition funnels and related performance analytics, as well as customer engagement dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills – ability to work collaboratively & consultatively with partner business organization as well as with Finance colleagues.
• Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
• High energy with superb attention to details, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast paced environment.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent required. MBA from a top tier business school is preferred.

Accountant Manager

Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in accounting with a Big 4 accounting firm combined with industry
experience at a top tier company (Tech industry and/or public company experience
preferred)
• B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related discipline
• CPA certification a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, ability to maintain a high level of
accuracy and thoroughness in performing all essential duties and data entry
• Experience researching and documenting technical accounting matters
• Advanced Excel knowledge. SQL knowledge (Basic to Intermediate) a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience analyzing high volume, multi-currency
transactions in a Global business environment
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills - ability to work with a diverse team and impart
change across functional and business boundaries
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper growth environment

Responsibilities
• Ownership of the monthly financial reporting and maintains records of financial transactions
which include posting information to accounting journals/accounting software from source
documents such as, but not limited to, invoices to customers, cash receipts and supplier
invoices, as well as the preparation of routine and non-routine journal entries and
adjustments
• Assisting in contract review to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with
HUBBA’s policy and revenue recognition accounting standards
• Ensuring compliance with key controls and accurate GAAP reporting and fulfilling internal and
external reporting requirements
• Preparing year-end audit schedules
• Collaborating with engineering team(s) on the design and implementation of revenue
automation/recognition tools
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
information.
• Monitor and develop a system to account for all financial transactions by recording cash
receipts and cash disbursements, updating the existing chart of accounts and maintaining
subsidiary accounts and general ledger.
• Maintain orderly historical records by filing documents.
• Comply with basic government reporting requirements with supervision from the Financial
Controller.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management, as requested
• Assisting with various ad hoc projects as needed
